CHICAGO - It is the most coveted of all UniFirst Corporation recognitions. And out of the thousands of UniFirst route sales representatives (RSRs) in the U.S and Canada, lifelong Chicago resident Pete Chikerotis is one of only ten who have earned this distinction for 2014. Named after UniFirst's founder, the Aldo Croatti Award is presented to those RSRs who exemplify unparalleled customer service while retaining 100% of their customers for an entire fiscal year.
Chikerotis, who works for UniFirst at its Chicago location, delivers work uniforms and facility service products to 85 businesses throughout the greater Chicago area on a weekly basis. He has been with UniFirst for three years.

Two of his three brothers also work at UniFirst in Chicago, and as luck—or sales skills—would have it, all three siblings will be present in Maui. Luke, a sales manager, and Steve, a National Accounts corporate account manager, also earned free trips for two by meeting sales-related company goals. All three will be personally recognized by UniFirst president and CEO Ron Croatti and other company executives.
Chikerotis, who resides in Chicago with his one-year-old Siberian husky, Burley, attributed winning the award to making the customer his main focus. We all share the same goal of earning 'Customers for Life' and I am extremely proud of this honor."
