Survey conducted in 2011 by researcher Ashwini Poojary of Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School entitled, Are Uniforms an Effective Marketing Tool?
Marketing researchers surveyed 14 major industry groups, ranging from general building contractors to auto repair services to wholesale trades, and the majority of respondents (67%) believe that managed uniform programs are a more effective form of advertising compared to Internet, TV, radio, billboard, yellow pages, and newspaper advertising.
