Steven Sintros
President and CEO
Steven Sintros, UniFirst President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), joined the Company in 2004, first serving as Finance Manager and Corporate Controller, then Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) before being promoted to his current position in 2017. Prior to joining UniFirst, he worked as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young and at Arthur Andersen before that.
Kelly Rooney
Executive Vice President and COO
Kelly Rooney is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at UniFirst Corporation. With over 25 years of experience, Kelly has served in operational and leadership roles at large-scale B2B route-based operations. At UniFirst, Kelly oversees the company’s day-to-day operations with a focus on driving growth, enhancing customer service experience, and overall operational excellence. Before joining UniFirst, Kelly served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Waste Management.
Shane O’Connor
Executive Vice President and CFO
Shane O’Connor is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at UniFirst Corporation, having accepted the position in 2018. He had been with the Company from 2005 to 2016, serving as UniFirst’s Finance Manager and then Corporate Controller, before leaving for a year to become the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Unidine Corporation. Prior to joining UniFirst Shane worked as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young.
David Katz
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
David Katz joined UniFirst Corporation as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing in 2009. He has primary responsibility of and oversees the Sales and Marketing functions of the company. Prior to joining UniFirst, he worked for DHL Express, where he served as the Northeast Vice President of Field Sales, the Northeast Vice President of National Account Sales, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast Region.
